Leaving a legacy in your will for Life and Light Apostolic Assembly can be directed toward either a restricted or unrestricted fund. Life and Light Apostolic Assembly is a qualified, tax-exempt organization pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and as such, your estate may receive an unlimited estate-tax charitable deduction for the amount of your gift. Your legacy through your will may be for a specific dollar amount, or you may consider leaving Life and Light Apostolic Assembly all or a percentage of the residuary of your estate.
